About the Photographer
Aloha! My name is Mel! I’d love the opportunity to get to meet you in person but first, a little about me. I’ve lived in and near the Niagara region my whole life and I LOVE IT. I’m a devoted dog mom to my adorable toy poodle, Kamiko, who loves exploring the hidden gems this region has to offer, almost as much as I do. On the average Friday night, you are likely to catch me in the perfect venue where the lights are dim and the music is live. While developing my passion for photography, I worked for 20+ years with people with special needs which has left me with a lot of gratitude for my experience in helping others overcome challenges and solving problems with compassion and patience. I also worked for a number of years in the service industry, where I truly enjoyed meeting many new people and hearing their own personal stories. I love a good book in the breeze on a boat, a night of music trivia, or a cozy night in with a fire and a glass of red. Ready to let me in on your story? I can’t wait – Let’s chat!

Specializing in various styles of photography, including portrait, band, lifestyle and creative photography, our goal is always to create a comfortable, accommodating and enjoyable atmosphere that allows us to capture authentic and memorable moments that reflect you at your best.

One hour photo shoot at your home or outdoor location. This also includes 1 8x10 print, 2 sets of wallet prints, and 5 digital images. *prints can be substituted for 3 digital images

A quick 20 minute session where I promise to capture some fantastic shots and have you on your way in no time.
This package includes 1 set of wallet prints and 5 digital images for you to be able to post or have printed. *Wallet prints can be substituted for 1 digital image.

Are you ready to get creative? I have some amazing ideas to provide you with a fun, unforgettable experience and stunning, exotic photos for you to take home and cherish.
Do you have your own ideas for a creative photo shoot? I'd love to plan and implement that shoot with you as close to your vision as possible. We will sit down together for a consultation and planning session that will be roughly half hour to an hour to answer any questions and sketch out your shoot.
This package includes a 20-page photo book and a generous collection of digital images for you to post or use in your portfolio.
There may be additional fees if your photo shoot requires extra equipment or products, everything will be discussed during our consultation so there won't be any surprise fees.

Need some shots of you performing live? I will come to the venue to capture you in your element and provide you with the style of photography you are looking for.
This photo shoot includes 20 digital images and a 30-60 minute consultaton and planning session to answer any questions and sketch out your shoot.
